Photograph the Damaged Packaging: Capture clear images of the packaging that shows any visible damage.
Photograph the Damaged Product: Take clear pictures of the damaged areas of the product itself.
Provide a Brief Description: Write a short summary detailing the nature of the damage.
Submit Your Claim: Email the photos and description to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Once we receive your claim, we’ll immediately begin processing a replacement for you.
